The Apartment
Realize your living dreams in this climate-positive townhouse on three floors! The flexible floor plan with three to five bedrooms and a living area between 135 and 136 square meters makes it possible. Look forward to cooking evenings together in your spacious, semi-open-plan kitchen. If desired, this can be spatially separated by an additional wall opposite the guest WC and a cozy fireplace can be built. The evening drink can best be enjoyed on the adjacent south-facing terrace or in your own garden.
